I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you for supporting A after school today and being so patient with helping to resolve the situation. 听That would have normally been a very hard moment for me and for A and that would have escalated into the evening and night and had a massive knock on affect for the whole week but you just defused it so well. You are a magician. We have seen such a difference in A in such a short time of being with you, he is so much calmer and less angry and we are finally seeing a happier side to him.

He was out walking the dog at 8am, that is absolutely unheard of, he would have already been on his 10^th meltdown refusing to go to school and just being really angry and upset. He told me today as well that he doesn't feel he needs to use his chewlerry anymore as he doesn't need to supress his ticks anymore at school as he is now allowed and he said he feels so much better for letting his ticks out and not getting told off for it.听

Anyway, thank you again for everything you are doing and have done, we are so very grateful for you, there really are no words.听

"It has been wonderful to hear everything that my son has been doing during his first week. Better still, he has been excited and engaged enough to want to come home and tell us about his days and his learning. I know a lot about Celts not wearing armour, and much more about exoskeletons than I did before. This week could have been a particularly difficult one so thank you all for helping him feel so welcome. My son says he feels like people understand him and was disappointed today was a half-day because "I love my new school".

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all your staff who have been involved with my son over the past few years.

My son went to Spring Hill after lots of ups and downs with education and a year without a school at all, he was disruptive and unwilling to learn, had a lot of self-doubt no confidence. In the years there he gained confidence, put his best into education he could, he opens up more than ever and takes himself out of a lot of situations (still makes a few).

My son has an aim in life now and a smile that I never used to see, and that is all down to you and your team and all the hard work and I know it鈥檚 been hard.

Ryan has worked very hard to achieve his goals but a lot of credit must go to yourself and the other staff at Spring Hill. If I think back 7 years ago when he first started at Spring Hill and how angry he was, with no self-esteem or self-worth after being expelled from mainstream school and how he is today, there is no comparison.

Thank you for helping and nurturing him to reach his full potential and not giving up on him. Please pass on my thanks to everyone who has helped Ryan along his way鈥�.
